La production continue. Rien ne semble anormal.<br>Puis apparaissent une usure pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e, des fuites, des dommages aux raccords, voire une rupture du tuyau bien avant la dur\u00e9e de vie attendue.<br>Et, dans de nombreux cas, le tuyau n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 le v\u00e9ritable probl\u00e8me.<br>C\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019installation.<br>Selon les lignes directrices SAE J1273, les pratiques d\u2019installation ont un impact direct sur la performance, la fiabilit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<br>Une fois install\u00e9, le tuyau fait partie d\u2019un syst\u00e8me dynamique expos\u00e9 au mouvement, aux vibrations, aux variations de pression, \u00e0 la chaleur et aux contraintes m\u00e9caniques.<br>L\u2019installation fait partie de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie de l\u2019assemblage.<br>La contrainte cach\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une erreur fr\u00e9quente est d\u2019introduire des contraintes avant le d\u00e9marrage, via :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>courbure excessive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>torsion lors de l\u2019assemblage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mauvais cheminement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>longueur insuffisante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mouvement non support\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mauvaise orientation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les directives SAE mettent en garde contre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>charges de traction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>charges lat\u00e9rales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9crasement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pliage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>abrasion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>torsion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le rayon minimal n\u2019est pas une suggestion<br>Ne pas le respecter r\u00e9duit la dur\u00e9e de vie et peut provoquer fuites, rupture ou s\u00e9paration.<br>C\u2019est critique pr\u00e8s du raccord.<br>La torsion est souvent sous-estim\u00e9e<br>La pression sur un tuyau torsad\u00e9 r\u00e9duit la dur\u00e9e de vie et peut desserrer les connexions.<br>Une l\u00e9g\u00e8re rotation au serrage peut suffire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recommandations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>adaptateurs swivel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>courbure dans un seul plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9viter courbures compos\u00e9es et torsion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La longueur compte aussi<br>Un tuyau trop court tire sur les raccords;
